The Hauppage School District has sent a letter to Governor Cuomo and Dr. Zucker regarding the mask mandate. Massapequa has sent a letter in support of Hauppage. I would ask that other districts consider sending a letter in support. When a district stands up we need to show our support. Local control is going to be so important as we move forward into next school year, each of our communities have different needs and different circumstances, we cannot allow this one size fits all approach to continue.
