National Board Certification

In our contract negotiations with the teachers union, we are discussing some type of compensation or reimbursement for teachers who get national Board Certification. I am wondering what experience others have with this.

Hi Ed! It is a yearly stipend for as long as the certificate is valid. It will not not become part of the base salary.

Hello Ed, We here in Plainedge have a $3,000 stipend for those teachers who receive National Board Certification
