Review of annual Evaluations of Untenured Admin who are on track for tenure.

I am curious how other boards get their information presented to them for untenured admin on a track.

Formally, with copies of the evaluations done by the person evaluating the admin, Ex (Blding principal eval Dean of students)

Informally, Just a conversation.. "They are doing great", We are not inviting back etc....

Somewhere in the middle?
