Superintendent Evaluation

I was just wondering if there are any schools that incorporate employee feedback in the Superintendent's evaluation? If so, how?

We had discussed it at a precious workshop, but decided against it, given the climate of the district at that time. Concerns were for honesty and objectivity , among other factors.
